What is my customer number and where do I find it?

Your customer number is the account number assigned to you when you joined Magshop.  It is 6 numbers long and does not include any letters. You can find it on the cover sheet that comes with your magazine, above your name and address.

How do I get a Magshop account?

If you are a new customer, you create a Magshop account during your purchase on site. If you are a returning customer, please register your account using your Customer Number (Tip: your Customer Number can be found at the top of your address on your latest Magazine delivery). If you aren't sure if you have an account with us, attempt a password reset using your email address. If you have an account with us already using that email, you will be able to complete the password reset process enclosed in the email you will have received.

Can I change my password?

To change your password simply log into 'My Account' at the top of the site.  On your account page, click the "change" button next to the password field and follow the prompts - don't forget to hit the final 'change' button on the lower left side of the page.

How do I reset my Magshop password?

How do I change my address?

To change your address, simply go to "my account" at the top of the page.  Under "addresses" you may either edit an existing address or add a new address.  If you wish for this new or updated address to be applied to future deliveries, please Contact Us via our call centre on 136 116 or send us an email at

Are my credit card details stored?

No. Are Media and associated development vendor are PCI DSS compliant, and we do not store customer credit card details in our database.  Credit card tokens are securely passed to us by payment gateway provider, Windcave.

Why can't I delete my credit card?

You can delete your credit card once your card has been charged - this is currently an overnight process.  This means, you can come back the next business day and delete your card.  However, if you have an auto-renewal subscription, we do hold this token within our database, so that we can activate your next subscription term.  If you have concerns with your credit card, please email our team at and an agent can investigate for you.
